1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
• You may not sell, share, transfer, or give away an account unless we expressly permit it in writing.
• Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Rules of Conduct

You must follow the published Server Rules and must not:

• Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, or interfere with the game or website.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, defraud, or publish another person's private information.
• Use offensive names or content, send spam, advertise without permission, or disrupt other players.
• Attempt to access another user's account, restricted systems, source code, or non-public data.
• Trade accounts, virtual items, or virtual currency for real money where that activity is not expressly authorized by us.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including warnings, removal of content or items, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. Virtual Items and Purchases

Points, coins, premium time, characters, and other in-game items are digital features licensed for personal entertainment use. They are not legal currency, have no guaranteed cash value, and remain subject to the game rules and balancing changes.

Prices, descriptions, and availability may change before purchase. You authorize the stated charge when you complete a payment. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Purchases are also governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or gameplay reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of any feature, or preservation of game progress in every circumstance.

5. Intellectual Property

The website's original text, graphics, branding, code, and service content are owned by or licensed to Madness-Online and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service for non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party names, games, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and moderate that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit your content and it must not violate law or another person's rights.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Madness-Online will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, respond to legal obligations, or address fraud and security risks. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced through the website or game. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
